JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter and maintain completed training records into tracking program Maintain hourly attendance records daily
  • Maintain hire and turnover records
  • Administer process flow for hourly employee performance appraisals, evaluations/reviews
  • Administer process flow for job bids
  • Answer telephone
  • Maintain hourly files and statistics as required
  • Maintain monthly manning reports
  • Initiate new hire paperwork
  • Miscellaneous data entry and filing
  • Initiate termination paperwork
  • Assist Administrative Assistant as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years office experience desired
  • Must have good/excellent computer skills in Outlook, Work and Excel
  • Must have the proven ability to learn other computer programs
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient use of Access database which maintains hourly employee attendance records
  • Must have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
