Job Title: Operations Manager (NARA)K

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Operations Manager in Washington DC to provide operations and maintenance support for the National Archives Building in Washington, DC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing oversight of day-to-day activities like preventive maintenance scheduling, IDIQ preparation and scheduling, Vendor visits, etc.
  • Meet with building manager daily to discuss on-going issues and/or future plans

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of five (5) years Project management experience
    • Minimum of five (5) years Construction experience
    • Knowledge of building systems to include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Security, Fire system, Building automation, etc.
    • Must fluently speak, read and write the English language
