Job Description

The Office Specialist will assist the General Manager in performing administrative and clerical duties at the service center level.

Essential Functions:

  • * Provide quality service to walk-in customers and on the phone
  • * Fax, copy and scan paperwork
  • * Communicate with moving crews
  • * Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain inventory of supplies
  • * Prepare various report for management and maintain required forms and logs
  • * Set up appointments for surveys/deliveries
  • * Filing and organizing paperwork

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company software
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask

Required Education and Experience:

  • Required: High School diploma or GED

Working Conditions:

  • Indoors
  • Office Environment
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Frequent use of telephone
