As a Scientist, you will be contributing to various studies and be responsible for delivering pre-clinical and clinical data analysis. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

 

o   Has in-depth hands-on knowledge of flow cytometry assays applied to human clinical trials. Prior experience in working with CRO’s in a GLP environment is preferred.

o   Knowledge in related scientific disciplines in particular immunology, e.g. characterization of vaccine specific T-cell and B-cells subsets, intracellular cytokine staining, innate immune cells

o   Perform complex high parametric flow cytometry testing of human biological samples supporting early phase clinical trials

o   Contribute to the evaluation and selection of vaccine candidates & support platform technology development

o   Works collaboratively across R&D Preclinical and CLS groups to execute assays related to the goals of the immune monitoring group.

o   Contribute to the writing of specific technical sections of internal and external reports and scientific papers. Prepare detailed oral or written summaries of results with interpretation for projects/products

o   Work collaboratively with other members of the group, other groups and external partners

o   Ordering of supplies, reagent and other required products

o   Shipping and receiving of materials including human biological specimens

o   Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications:

 

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelors plus at least 5 years or Masters plus at least 3 years of experience in a CRO, academic or government flow cytometry testing laboratory setting.
  • Background in Immunology or Cell Biology.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Excellent communication skills, need to appropriately manage the interfaces with Project Teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Able to efficiently manage uncertainty, changes in priority and timeline restrictions.
