Based at our Long Beach, CA location, this position will be responsible for the safe operation of the facility's heavy equipment and for the ash treatment area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitor tank levels and report inventory to Shift Supervisor; Perform preventative maintenance as assigned on mixer, fly ash conveyors, cement screw conveyors, silo vents, and acid systems; Assist in unloading of cement and chemicals; Perform other duties as directed by Shift Supervisor.

A HS Diploma/GED is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and working within confined spaces, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
