TheCyber Security Project Coordinator will work to drive project schedule and performancerelated to the delivery of cyber security services to US government clients.This is a mid-level administrative position requiring 3-5 years of successfulproject experience as well as a US-granted security clearance. Thecandidate must be driven, a fast-learner, and a self-starter. The candidatewill have the aptitude and intelligence required to learn project tasks,deliverables and schedule, the client's organization, networking andcommunication channels, and cyber security terms and concepts quickly andaccurately. This position requires that the candidate be embedded on-site atthe client's office. In addition to delivery and execution, the projectcoordinator will perform administrative duties such as data entry of cyber riskmanagement data. The position may be tasked to support cyber Sales andCustomer service teams as needed.
This position is responsible for the execution ofcyber security products and services to customers by coordinating the operationalaspects of cyber security delivery projects. This individual serves as a direct liaison to the clientand is the "eyes", "ears", and "mouth" of the cyber security project team inthe eyes of the client. This is not a decision-making role. The candidate willreport directly to the project manager for the respective cyber securityproject. The candidate will communicate client questions, comments, or concernsdirectly back to the project team before responding to client's requests.
The candidate must have enoughknowledge and abilities to:
Coordinateproject activities and maintain priorities to deliver value and support to the projectmanagers and clients
Workwith cyber project teams to coordinate efforts of team members to deliver on projectdeadlines
Leveragedata to measure and track performance results and monitor progress across theproject lifecycle
Serveas project plan administrator in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project
Assistin the presentation of reports defining project progress, problems, andsolutions
Coordinatebetween cyber security services team, the Client, and 3rd parties
Supportthe project manager to liaison between ABS Group, ABS Bureau, and GovernmentLeadership regarding service delivery and scheduling
Maintainproject risk management report matrix (likelihood, consequence, mitigation)
Assistswith administration activities such as travel and vessel availabilitycoordination
Supportdata entry of cyber risk management results (i.e., eMASS)
Otherduties as required

Minimum Years of Experience
3-5 years of relative work experience in a clerical or technical support position, or a combination of substantial experience and education
Bachelor of Arts or Science in related field, preferred
Required/Preferred Professional Requirements
Certification in Project Management, preferred
Reports directly to a project manager, manager, director, or executive level position.
May have individual contributor direct reports based on project requirements.

Work will normally be performed in an air-conditioned office environment. May occasionally be required to lift 5 - 25 pounds. Occasionally, will be required to travel to manufacturing plants, remote field sites or go aboard marine vessels or structures. Wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), in accordance with SFY-PRO-00040, is required in such occasions. If the work will be performed in confined spaces, the relevant requirements of the confined space entry in ABS Safety Manual shall be complied with. Work will be of a non-manual nature, but the incumbent must be able to walk and climb among equipment and structures. May be required to travel up to 30%.
