We are currently looking for a System Engineer Analyst Level 3

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manages, maintains, and develops CONOPS and plans for operational scenarios supporting IP and non-IP network infrastructures for Alternate Access and Exfiltration
* Works independently and defines/implements Systems Engineering Analyst processes and procedures.
* Ensures CONOP,splans, and risk assessments are followed ; ensures engineering requirements align with Agency and Intelligence Community analytic frameworks.
* Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) - - Department of
Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service oriented Architecture (SOA), etc
* Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components
* Document and maintain software functionality
* Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
* Comply with project plans and industry standards
* Ensure systems are updated with latest features

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* TS/SCI w/ Poly
* Twelve (12) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government are required.
* A Master's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
* A technical certification in any of the following is required: CTNS, CLS M, GSEC, or CISSP.
* Eight (8) years of additional Systems Engineering Analyst experience may be substituted for a master's degree
* Six (6) years of additional Systems Engineering Analyst experience and a bachelor's degree may be substituted for a master's degree
* Interpersonal and communication skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Extensive understanding of military planning and integration associated with the three pillars of Computer Network Operations
* Ability to document requirements and specifications
* Critical Thinker and Problem-Solving Skills
* Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
* Strong teaming skills and experience working with multiple agencies/organizations on systems analysis, protocol analysis, hardware design & implementation, and infrastructure support
