The Account Manager is responsible for the overall administration, organization and implementation of smal FA projects and FA Service. is responsible for managing the Accounting Department. Below are the main responsibilities: 

- Multiple accounts management
- Service calls/Dispatching
- Scheduling Subcontractors
- Scheduling PMs
- Scheduling Sprinkler Inspections
- Billing & Collections
- Customer Service
- Estimating 
- Small project management
- Contract management
- Account/location/job set-up
- Financial reporting
- Procurement

REQUIREMENTS:

-BS degree with seven (7) to nine (9) yrs experience working with customer accounts; processing paperwork, maintaining data

-Effective communication skills; verbally and in writing

-NICET II certification is a requirement for this position.

-Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize organize, and accomplish work

-Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the electrical industry

-Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation,

leadership techniques, production methods, and the coordination of manpower and resources

-Experience working with contract documents such as contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications and change orders

-Collections experience

-Accounting/estimating experience

-Experience working with contractors and writing proposals

Abilities:

  1. Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
  2. Sitting for extended periods of time.
  3. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
  4. Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
  5. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  6. Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  7. Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  8. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
  9. Identify and understand the speech of another person.
