Job Description
We are hiring Full-Time Transfer Agents at our Monticello, MN location. The candidates selected will make outbound calls to consumers and once connected, transfer the call to one of our experienced Call Center Agents.
Qualifications:
• Confident, clear and effective communication style
• Organized, self-driven, and able meet productivity standards
• Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy
• High School Diploma or GED are required
FULL-TIME job opportunity offers:
• 40 Hours per week - Mon-Thurs 9am-7pm and Fri 9am-6pm shifts available. YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN HOURS!
• Pay $12/hr.
