Job Description
This position is for the management role in our call center supporting Primary Care. Leading by Coaching: Uses knowledge of coaching approaches, tools, and techniques to improve individual performance and foster development. Managing People: Uses HR and performance management processes and systems to align individual performance with achieving goals. Financial Counseling: Counsels patients on financial liability using available financial counseling tools to achieve maximum reimbursement for patient services. Organization Skills: Organizes work to achieve maximum efficiency. Workload Management: Manages completion of work assignments based on priority and due dates. Leading Change: Leads others in planning, implementing, and facilitating organizational change. Measuring Work Results: Establishes and evaluates performance standards and productivity measures. Project Management: Leads project teams and implements project plans in accordance with established goals and measures. Problem Solving: Identifies, analyzes, and effectively solves problems. Analysis and Decision Making: Uses decision making processes and tools to analyze situations and make effective decisions.
