Gain an overview of Oracle's Learn LMS and Degreed content manager features and functionality. Perform online course testing and validation, discussions with content vendors, develop and review of testing protocol, collaborate with testers, review testing output, follow-up discussions with vendors on changes required to test packages, and liaise with colleagues in Learning and Development regarding testing content. Provide data review and analysis, run reports from both Degreed and Learn, analyze report content, create custom reports for specific projects based on requirements from customers, analyze feeds from Workday to Learn and Degreed, and assist with troubleshooting data issues on various reports and system integrations.
-Experience with Microsoft Office tools
-Experience in a customer service environment
-Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
-Rising senior scheduled to obtain a BA or BS degree in December 2019 or May or June 2020
-Possession of excellent customer service skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Attending a university for a BA or BS degree in Information Systems
