Job Description
Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA) is a private sector building management and hospitality service provider at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.  The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is recognized as a premier location in Washington DC, to stage events requiring the highest level of excellence in terms of service, food quality and presentation, and logistical planning.

Currently Trade Center Management Associates is seeking an experienced service oriented Customer Service Manager to complete its Parking Department. This is an entry-level management position in which the candidate must enjoy working in a team-based environment and be able to provide excellent customer service to monthly parkers, tenants, visitors etc. inquiring about parking at the Ronald Reagan and International Trade Center.
The purpose of the Customer Service Manager is to work alongside the Director of Parking to manage the day to day function of the Parking department. 

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise one P/T Customer Service Representative
* Develop and refine marketing plans and strategies for parking
* Manage day to day maintenance of monthly accounts including reconciliation of monthly accounts
* Manage and promote online presence to increase revenue, explore and recommend additional means of marketing facility
* Manage 3rd party service providers, negotiate services and rates
* Create and distribute mass emails for marketing purposes
* Process credit card transactions, file and record reimbursement records
* Help new customers with paperwork for obtaining monthly parking and building ID card
* Handle Federal and private sector govenment monthly accounts and parking/access concerns
* Maintain accurate records using Excel spreadsheets of new and canceled monthly parkers
* Promote and process parking coupon sales
* Conduct parking rate surveys
* Direct and develop amenity programs and customer service training
* Assist with audits conducted by independent auditors
* Complete monthly parking keycard audits
* Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

Job Requirements:

* Previous supervisory experience helpful.
* PC software proficiency in MS Office to include Outlook, Intermediate Word and Intermediate Excel. Working knowedge of McGann parking software a plus.
* Must be able to pass a government background check.

Education, Qualifications, Skills:

* Bachelors degree required
* Must be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must have solid customer service skills and experience
* Must enjoy working with people and doing vice watching/directing
* Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are a must
* Candidate must be a self-starter who can prioritize, problem solve, multi-task, delegate, lead, and motivate with minimal supervision
* Extreme attention to detail, proofreading skills and accuracy are essential
* Candidate must be reliable and punctual, flexible, well organized, diplomatic, and able to manage a heavy workload
* The successful candidate will possess solid verbal and written communication skills and will demonstrate initiative and critical thinking in their work
* Ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients, customers, office personnel and contractors
* A professional appearance/presentation
