Job Description

We are seeking an Alternative Compensatory Control Measures Program Control Officer (ACCM PCO) to support our prime Joint Staff Special Access Program Central Office (JS SAPCO) client located at the Pentagon. Due to the nature and sensitivity of this work, work location is M-F at the Pentagon. Active TS/SCI is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

Provides ACCM security, administrative and procedural support to the JS SAPCO, JS Directorates, the Services, Combatant Commands, and other Government Agencies.

Duties are but not limited to:

  • Maintains program documentation on all JS and Combatant Command ACCMs
  • Maintains and updates the JS ACCM portal
  • Assists Action Officers in the routing of ACCM-related plans and operations
  • Maintains and updates JS ACCM policies and procedures
  • Assists in the conduct of inspections visits, conducts annual program assessments.
  • Resolves unique and unyielding project problems using new technology or best practices.
  • Reports orally and in writing to government civilian, military, and contractor representatives, including the Government Contracting Officer.

Qualifications:

  • Six to eight years of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Ability to work at the Pentagon/client site M-F

Highly desired:

  • Certifications from DCSA Courses in:
    • Introduction to Special Access Programs
    • Derivative Classification
    • Protection of Personally Identifiable Information
    • SharePoint administration experience

Soft skills:

  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Self-initiated with ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Solid and proven oral and written communications skills.

ADV employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 regardless of the employee's duty location or work arrangement (e.g., telework, remote work, etc.), subject to such exceptions as required by law.
