If so, please consider joining our Marketing Leadership team as a Director, Digital Marketing & Analytics. This position will lead and drive Quartz's digital strategy to build brand awareness, educate customers and prospects, and generate leads for new products and services. Through leadership of a team of digital marketers and agencies, this role will manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize the user and customer experience through digital brand offerings, and achieve key milestones and metrics related to business growth and customer acquisition / conversion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of go to market (GTM) strategy for digital products, digital media campaigns, and customer-facing digital applications and experiences that drive sales growth across all geographies
    • Oversee creation and refinement of digital marketing campaigns that are integrated across channels - develop strategies and commercial digital roadmaps that enable effective launch of marketing campaigns
    • Provide strategic direction to execute SEO and social media tactics that offer trackable, measureable results for growth across key lines of business and customer segments
    • Select, develop, motivate, train, and retain competent, engaged staff responsible for executing the digital GTM strategy
  • Influence and advise key stakeholders and senior leadership on best practices, usability research, and key performance indicators to support and deploy best in class digital customer touchpoints
  • Oversee investment in digital marketing and consumer engagement, including collaboration with vendors responsible for innovating Quartz's digital footprint and partnering with IT to identify appropriate tools and capabilities to achieve business objectives
  • Develop a data driven approach to evaluate digital marketing efforts through effective reporting capabilities and analysis, including the use of business intelligence tools, digital, and social media analytics and dashboards to measure and inform call to action, funnel attribution, ROI, segmentation, and market research efforts
  • Study and research competitors and new social / digital strategies and measurement tools, and innovate as needed to support the continued growth of the organization
  • Lead digital learning plans with cross-functional innovation teams, including developing and implementing test plans for digital channels to validate learning hypotheses and uncover key consumer messaging and product insights critical to continued success of Quartz lean innovation programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in positions of growing responsibility with expertise in web strategy development & execution, oversight & responsibility for paid media and content strategies to drive website traffic & conversion
  • 3+ years of experience leading web, digital, and advertising project teams
  • Advanced skills in Adobe creative suite products, Microsoft Suite, and CMS using standard ASP.Net technologies
  • Experience developing for cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and conversion testing
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners, stakeholders, and vendors to influence decision-making, drive desired results, and provide positive experiences
  • Keen attention to detail, with exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

This can work remotely, though the ability to regularly commute to our office in Madison, WI is preferred. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
