We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join ourOhlins division in North America. This primary focus of this will be with our motorcycle and mountain bike OEM customers in North America, such as 'Specialized and Intense' in California, 'Polaris' in Minnesota and 'Harley Davidson' in Wisconsin.

The role stretches from business development, customer care via direct contact, managing quotes and proposed contracts all the way through to internal project start up. The Key Account Manager will partner closely with our Ohlins team based in Sweden.

The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You'll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. We pride ourselves on moving through processes quickly, and you can be sure of transparency and prompt communication throughout.


  • Locating new customers
  • Developing business relationships with our OEM customers
  • Strategic planning
  • Managing the daily flow of questions, problem solving and customer requests
  • Compiling and presenting quotations to our customers

Role may require travel.

Required Skills

  • Customer focused problem solving abilities
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiations
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in autonomous role
  • Proficiency in mechanics and mechatronics

Required Experience

  • Prior account management experience required (automotive, motorcycle, or biking industries strongly preferred)
  • Experience in international business relations
  • Project management experience
  • Personal and professional interests in mountain biking and or motorcycles preferred.
