Job Description
The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is Washington's premier special events and conference facility, located on historic Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of Penn Quarter in Washington DC.
At Trade Center Management Associates we are currently seeking a Program Assistant to add to our Events Marketing Department.

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Customer focused, responsive, organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to take direction, work independently  and meet required deadlines 
  • Basic computer skills required; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Physical ability to lift/move boxes (no more than 10 lbs.) 
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Support Marketing department Meal Voucher Program, which offers pre-paid vouchers to groups of 20 or more people visiting the food court at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.
  • Manage and organize incoming orders, fulfill and ship vouchers to respective groups.
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to the program and/or orders in a timely manner. 
  • Maintain and distribute monthly calendars of groups visiting the food court.
  • Assist with the program reporting and analytics.
  • Manage group check-in and other duties during peak month of May.
  • Assist with all other tasks as designated.
  • Must have a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
