Job Description
The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is Washington’s premier special events and conference facility, located on historic Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of Penn Quarter in Washington DC.  We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our Accounting Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General reception duties including answering phones, greeting guests, ensuring reception and office areas are tidy and well organized, etc.  This individual will necessitate a high standard of personal demeanor including professional standards acceptable to the company.  The ability to answer telephone inquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner is imperative.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
  • Order office supplies
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Complete meeting arrangements as directed/required
  • Organize travel arrangements as needed
  • Any other special projects or duties as required or assigned
  • Minimum three years clerical or administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
