Job Description

Trade Center Management Associates is a private sector building management and hospitality service provider at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. We are recognized as a premier location in Washington DC to host meetings and events requiring the highest level of excellence in terms of service, food quality and presentation, and logistical planning. 

Currently, Trade Center Management Associates is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to complete our team. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns and activities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing collateral, promotional resources and tools
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results, keeping other departments informed
  • Assist with marketing budget development and delivering marketing activities in line with annual budget
  • Develop annual PR calendar themes, pitches and create media correspondence and contact lists
  • Conduct research, liaise with media and advertising contacts and develop content and campaigns
  • Expand and improve marketing tactics to improve ROI and achieve key performance metrics
  • Develop and implement digital strategy, strengthening overall online presence, including website and social media channels
  • Manage the collection and organization of marketing assets
  • Collaborate with sales team and other departments as needed
  • Assist with market research, analysis of customer feedback and competitor information
  • Monitor industry best practices
  • Build and maintain brand standards
  • Supervise, mentor and evaluate staff
  • Support all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing/Communications field with 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is required
  • Candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and adaptability skills
  • Strong computer and web-based software skills, especially familiarity with content-management systems for websites and other online marketing platforms is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving and ability to make informed decisions is a must
  • Candidate must exhibit creative energy and have a desire to continually learn and grow
