Description
The candidate shall organize and conduct official C2C governance meeting to include, but not limited to, the Requirements Working Group, the Requirements Review Board, the Sustainment Working Group, the Engineering Change Working Group, High Performance Teams, and Technical Interchange Meetings. The candidate shall maintain a list of attendees, to include contact information at both a personnel and organizational level. The candidate shall construct and submit slide presentations for these meeting and ensure all attendees receive advance copies if required. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating for all logistical arrangements, to include rooms, equipment, and IT needs. The candidate shall maintain official minutes and distribute to attendees when authorized. Additionally:
1) attend working groups and meetings conducted by other organizations and provide detailed reports on what occurred at these meetings
2) coordinate with C2C Division and Branch leadership as to which meetings and when they will be attended
Qualifications
1) Bachelor's Degree
2) Secretarial Support. 3 years in-depth knowledge of topic and task. Very strong organizational skills required. Very strong public speaking skills required. Writing and note taking skills must be strong.
3) Collaboration Support. 3 years in-depth knowledge of topic and task. Good understanding of Air Force AOC operations and C2 systems. Must have strong collaboration and people skills.
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5) Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications
Applicants selected for this position will require an active DoD Secret clearance, and background screening. Applicants selected for a security clearance will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information.
