Job/Internship Description
Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA) is the private sector building management and hospitality service provider, operating in a unique relationship with the General Services Administration, owner of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. TCMA is looking for an intelligent, energetic, and creative individual to help support our marketing efforts for the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. Intern will assist  team members with various advertising, branding and broad promotional campaigns..

This internship opportunity is unpaid (requires college/university credit), but offers an invaluable opportunity to gain real world experience in a fast-paced environment. We offer up to 20 hours/week and flexible scheduling for students.

Responsibilities
- Research trends and tools to support Social Media efforts
- Online presence and social media monitoring and maintenance
- Media outreach
- Assist with monitoring and reporting online analytics
- Contribute to content based on editorial calendar by conducting research and drafting posts
- Photograph/Video events, performances, exhibits, and other daily functions
- Collaborate on team presentations for management and clients
- Help update website graphics, content and event calendar
- Review and organize digital assets

Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Marketing
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential
- Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Professional appearance and manner
- Reliable transportation

Preferred Software Skills: Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact
