We are currently in need of an experienced and professional Program Analyst to join our team with a passion for Environmental Science. The Program Analyst will be responsible for using advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of organizational programs, and implementing study methods to evaluate the efficiency of complex program operations and reporting back determined market needs in our industry. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Program Analyst, and is enthusiastic about being part of a team that is at the top of its game. If this sounds like you, please apply! We are a remote-first based company. Much of our work is conducted in a virtual environment, however from time to time this position will be required to meet with Project Directors and leaders via web teleconference or in person in the Silver Spring MD or Washington DC area.
 

Program Analyst Responsibilities

 
 
  • Provide data management and analysis for studies and maintain assigned projects

  • Use data sources to identify programmatic needs

  • Participate in strategic planning with regards to program development

  • Assist with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals are well documented

  • Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure adherence to study protocols

 
 

Position Requirements

 
 
  • Strong writing skills

  • Strong communications skills

  • Use of social media tools

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Experience working with government and/or multi stakeholder collaborations 

  • Prior work experience in environmental, climate change, or earth science related projects plus

  • Prior work experience  in health and/or wellness related campaigns preferred

  • Advanced degree preferred
