We are currently in need of an experienced and professional Program Analyst to join our team with a passion for Environmental Science. The Program Analyst will be responsible for using advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of organizational programs, and implementing study methods to evaluate the efficiency of complex program operations and reporting back determined market needs in our industry. Program Analyst Responsibilities

• Provide data management and analysis for studies and maintain assigned projects

• Use data sources to identify programmatic needs

• Participate in strategic planning with regards to program development

• Assist with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals are well documented

• Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure adherence to study protocols

Position Requirements

• Experience working with government and/or multi stakeholder collaborations 

• Prior work experience in environmental, climate change, or earth science related projects plus

• Prior work experience  in health and/or wellness related campaigns preferred

• Advanced degree preferred
