With over 20 years of talent and career management experience in addition to leadership and coaching, Lisa Gilmore is well versed in helping clients and organizations navigate change. Prior to joining MRA, Lisa was Director, Transition Services for a global HR consulting firm where she was part of the transition leadership team. Lisa led the firm’s Milwaukee office and oversaw Wisconsin operations. She was part of both the Talent Management and Career Transition practice areas, addressing the entire talent management cycle. She delivered a broad range of services including executive coaching, career development and job transition consulting.
