Quality Tool is a privately owned US company and a division of Demmer Affiliates of Lansing, Michigan. We opened our doors in 1959 as a Tool & Die manufacturer, and have since grown into the diverse metalworking and assembly business that we are today. Over those 60 years, we have retained the skilled craftsman culture of the original business, that along with a focus on continuous improvement and new technology, we apply every day to every part.

Facilities

Quality Tool occupies 120,000 square feet of production space. Each facility is specially configured and equipped for the our specific product lines. An additional 30,000 square feet is dedicated to warehousing finished goods inventory that supports customer fulfillment programs.

Production Scheduling

We maintain high on time delivery performance to all of our customers by utilizing our Visual Enterprise ERP system, and enhancing its power with in-house order scheduling and tracking systems. Customized inventory management programs add flexibility and responsiveness to our customers’ changing needs.

Engineering

Quality Tool emphasizes technical skills and knowledge in all of our employees. Our Field Engineering and Design Services are available to our customers to solve problems or reduce costs, and we engineer individual production processes for optimization.
