Founded in 1971, Pact works with partners to build resilience, improve accountability, and strengthen knowledge and skills for sustainable social impact. Each year, millions of people in communities around the world meaningfully improve their lives with our support. A Global Team

Across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas, Pact employs nearly 6,000 people, including more than 4,000 in our microfinance subsidiary and 1,000 across the rest of the organization. We all share three core values:
