· Responsible for preparing and packaging chairs and components for shipment.
· Manage all shipping paperwork
· Research and troubleshoot shipment discrepancies/problems and use problem solving skills to resolve.
· Process miscellaneous shipments daily
· Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
· Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
· Knowledge of bar coding systems preferred
· Good organization skills required
· Basic computer skills required
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly with assistance
· Basic math skills required
· Ability to be flexible and possess a willingness to work in all areas as needed
· Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills
· Ability to stand for 8 – 10 hours
· Ability to work overtime with little or no notice
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to operate a forklift (training certificate required)
· Ability to operate pallet jack and hand cart
· Ability to understand and follow work instructions
