NPT’s asset portfolio includes many investments that are subject to Unrelated Business Taxable Income (UBTI) considerations. The Tax Specialist role is designed to oversee and be responsible for the compilation, organization, monitoring, and completeness of NPT’s UBTI exposure.
Position requires a hybrid work model with three days in-office per week. Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000.
