There will be hours outside of the normal schedule to cover special events.
Applicants should note that this position is second shift and schedules will fluctuate during special event seasons.

Purpose of Position
To perform a variety of parking enforcement and supportive functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides
  • Campus parking enforcement
  • Resolves non-routine and routine complaints
  • Assist with supervision of student workers
  • Support and oversight during special events
  • Operating and maintaining revenue control equipment- garage access systems
  • Support motorists assist program
  • Resolve customer concerns in a friendly & professional manner

Communicates and rules and regulations in accordance with university policy

Qualifications
Minimum education – High School Diploma

Excellent communication and verbal skills

Good customer service skills

Experience within a parking office highly preferred.

Any candidate who is offered this position will be required to go through a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
