Purpose of Position | Northern Kentucky University invites internal applications for the Dean of the College of Health and Human Services position. The University seeks an experienced, accomplished, and engaging leader who embodies a vision informed by equity, embraces deliberative and shared governance, champions interdisciplinary strategic initiatives, and prioritizes external funding opportunities. The Dean will play a pivotal role in defining the College’s contribution to the University’s overarching mission. Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the successful candidate will be charged with providing visionary, innovative leadership and effective administration of the College.
