Description
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify trends and opportunities with the industry.
- Conduct secondary research to collect various types of information, summarize and analyze the information related to trends and opportunities, and produce concise executive summaries highlighting key takeaways.
- Collect voice of customer feedback to help improve customer experience among our trade partners and end-users.
- Review website analytics, conduct A/B testing, and collect user research to help inform digital property strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage an understanding of the business and key strategic initiatives with a strong visibility to the key research needs to independently synthesize and deliver market intelligence/research findings and insights making strategic recommendations based on those findings.
- Interpret research findings and translate them into actional insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Maintain current knowledge on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics Statistics, or related field.
- At least one year of experience in market research and/or market analytics; 3 years of experience preferred.
