Purpose of Position | The Manager, Outreach and Operations plays a vital role in developing and implementing outreach strategies specifically designed to increase pre-nursing and BSN student enrollments at the NKU Grant County Center. This involves developing comprehensive plans to attract prospective students, engage with local schools, employers and community groups to establish meaningful partnerships and ultimately contribute to the center’s enrollment objectives. In addition to the focus on outreach, also provides daily management of all operations at the Center, including oversight of course schedule, faculty needs, student support services, community relations, and facility upkeep. |

Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree preferably with a major in Education, communication, public relations, organizational leadership Excellent collaboration, written and oral communication and guidance skills to support and assist prospective and existing students Ability to engage with various levels including community organizations, NKU faculty, students, and maintain effective communication channels Ability to solve problems with little or no direction, customer service expertise, strong managerial experience and skills. Familiarity with MS Office Suite of Applications and SAP preferred. |
