Job Description
The Alumni Engagement Specialist will assist the team with planning and execution of Alumni and Annual Giving events. This includes organizing materials, developing communication pieces, sending out membership cards monthly and coordinating membership benefits, data entry and other duties as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
-Assist with the coordination of Founder’s Day incentives with area businesses
-Input of information in the alumni database for alumni engagement tracking, event attendees, volunteer attributes, etc.
-Assist with building emails, creating graphics, donation pages and reservation forms 
-Research and identify Alumni for stories to be highlighted monthly
-Assist with social media needs, write content and schedule social media posts
-Provide day-to-day support as it relates to alumni engagement and annual giving
-Assist with stewardship of annual giving donors
-Assist with coordination of Alumni engagement and Annual Giving events as needed
-Assist with the coordination of Student Alumni Council 
-Provide general office management
Qualifications
Qualifications required:
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe 
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Must be organized, with the ability to multi-task
-Ability to work independently and with a team
-Ability to work well with others
-Must be ale to commit to a full academic year (spring and fall at minimum)
-Able to work both on campus and remotely if needed
-Good academic standing of 2.5 GPA or higher
-Good disciplinary record
-Strong desire to develop relations between NKU Alumni, donors, faculty, staff and students
-must be enrolled as a full-time student

Pay Rate $10.00 per hour
