The Sales Director is responsible for West sales leadership to include building and leading direct Account Managers for SLED accounts. The Sales Director will work with sales team to evaluate opportunities and execute an intelligent pursuit plan to sell Infor product suite to include licensing & permitting solutions to State, Local, Education, and Utilities Marketplace. The SLED Sales Director will have experience managing various CRM technology projects and/or process projects across marketing, sales & business development. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the sales technology managers. They will hire, coach and performance management these people to make sure they are hitting all appropriate metrics and adding value to the business.
