Purpose of Position | The coordinator position in the Office of Student Financial Assistance will provide advice to students and parents on the availability of federal, state, and institutional aid programs. This includes assisting students from the application process to the delivery of aid. This position will also work with University offices to resolve student issues while delivering exceptional service to students, parents, and the University community. This position presents financial aid information to small and large groups varying in size from approximately 10 to 300. This position also supervises the client service area and monitors the ongoing needs of students and parents. |

Qualifications | A Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience in financial aid or related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Must have strong communications skills (both oral and written). Ability to work with many different personalities. Must have a strong attention to details and have good computer skills and knowledge. |
