SPA’s Space and Intelligence Division provides multiple organizations within the United States Space Force and Intelligence Community with timely and objective assessments and recommendations that integrate technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business analysis. We focus on key clients in the space community including the US Space Force’s Space Systems Command (USSF/SSC), one of the three designated Field Commands under the space service branch. We work to provide integrated solutions based on information and communications throughout the chain of command to ensure clear and consistent analysis and recommendations that are aligned to strategic and leadership goals while still being executable by the working level technical communities.

This position is responsible for providing specialized expertise supporting the analysis of multi-intelligence (multi-INT) solutions and services.  You will be assisting and advising Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise.  Your responsibilities include

  • Performing engineering and analysis to ensure programs successfully develop and deliver core mission processing services.
  • Providing day-to-day collaboration with development contractors, Government program office personnel, and Government customers on the following to include but not limited to systems engineering, software and tool development, and acquisition functions in Multi-INT collection, mission management and mission processing. 
  • Supporting management, leadership and oversight within a highly diversified team providing cutting-edge capabilities to the intelligence community.  
  • Executing Agile project management within the Program Office for cross-component activities, such as developing work initiatives, epics, and roadmaps necessary to satisfy the customer's Strategic Initiatives and related goals; guiding Increment Planning; and orchestrating Program-level Sprints using JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, and Confluence tools.
  • Performing assessment and consultation on various area and technical products when needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Poly
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM
  • 10-15 years’ experience working in the IC
  • Experience with agile software development and systems engineering
  • Understanding/experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Development pipeline
  • Experience working with MULTI-INT sources
  • SETA Experience with oversight for cost, schedule, and performance
