Provide recommendations on the best way to provide in-person, interactive, and virtual training specific to the PKI Portfolio
Develop and implement instructor-led online, on-site instructor-led, and self-paced computer-based training to the PKI stakeholders that support hands-on skills to perform all Registration Authority (RA), Registration Authority Officer (RAO), Local Registration Authority (LRA), and Key Recovery Agent (KRA).
Update RA/RAO/LRA/KRA training material based on new requirements from the customer
Update the RA/LRA/KRA training material with new functionality released into production. (e.g., Non-Person Entity / Token Management System / NIPRNet Enterprise Alternate Token Solution)
Maintain a mobile PKI training lab that is transportable to training sites and accommodate up to 12 students per training session
Required Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Must possess one of the following IAT Level III certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH.
3+ years of experience in the automated testing of new systems and software. Must have worked in a government contracting environment.
Demonstrated success overseeing the testing and evaluation of new systems/software.
Experience working closely with customers to understand their requirements and concerns and then designing a test script and program to address both. Must also have experience gathering and presenting results to customer base as well as program engineers.
Strong communication skills - the ability to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences and the ability to provide analysis of complex issues in easily understood ways. Extensive experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are important.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and an ability to work with others through difficult situations.
