Job Description | This position provides support to the Haile/US Bank College of Business, Center for Student Excellence and occasionally to the Office of the Dean. |
Primary Responsibilities | • Greet students, faculty, staff, and community members who visit the office • Answer multi-line telephone • Learn and assist with basic functions in university software system • Layout and design of promotional materials for college events • Assist with content management for social media • Assist with Center and College events • File, copy and type • Route mail • Run errands on campus • Database entry • Assist with special projects • Other duties as assigned |
Qualifications |
Desirable traits and qualifications include the following: • Ability to multitask • Strong writing skills • Ability to think critically and analytically • Experience with event planning and promotions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Ability to work individually and as a team • A positive attitude • Good academic standing • GPA 2.5 or above • Customer service orientation • Strong desire to learn and improve |
