This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

What You'll Do:

As a Master Scheduler business analytics consultant on our team, you'll:

  • Manage project from setup through to developing and implementing production procedures

  • Consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools

  • Monitor schedule progress and prepare reports as required

  • Administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques to data through detailed Agile schedule tracked in MS Project

  • Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis

  • Analyze and process data, while creating and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using MS Project, JIRA, PowerPoint, and other applicable tools

  • Recommend appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics

  • Mentor and provide guidance to fellow team members

  • Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis schedule and program impacts

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in scheduling

  • 5+ years of experience as a master scheduler for large complex IT implementations

  • Knowledge of MS Project and Agile scheduling best practices as applied to large complex projects

  • Ability to apply agile best practices to project schedules, interface with senior clients, and make strong recommendations to program managers about schedule impacts and potential risks and mitigations.

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 100,000 to 120,000.
