Partnership Technology and Innovation Strategist, Lead

Key Role:

Act as a direct advisor to efforts focused on partner-lead capture support, program management for partner-driven consulting offerings, and the creation of a model for assessing and aligning key partner technologies to the broadening Booz Allen portfolio of offerings based on client demand. Serve in a role on the Tech and Innovation Team within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) and focus on the CTO mission at Booz Allen Hamilton to work within the broader Partnerships team and Tech Exploration organization to create new tech-driven offerings to shape the future of the firm. Demonstrate mastery of responsibilities including Federal tech ecosystem domain expertise, ecosystem monitoring and sensing, program management, and capture support, as well as exhibit a collaborative spirit focused on delivering results for the Partnerships Team and Booz Allen. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role

-4+ years of experience with working in technology or federal market consulting organizations

-4+ years of experience with program or project management

-Experience with federal business development and delivery

-Experience with applying a consultative approach to solving complex client challenges

-Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment

-Ability to deliver compelling and effective senior-level presentations and demonstrations in all environments

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Sciences, Decision Sciences, or Finance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with technology and market strategy

-Experience with working on or supporting the partnerships team of a large technology or consulting organization

-Experience in dealing with the whole spectrum of the technology ecosystem

-Experience with external research and evaluation for the purposes of partnership, investment, acquisition, or otherwise in support of corporate development

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and follow-up proactively

-Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Sciences, or Political Science

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $120,500.00 to $223,900.00.
