The Institute of International Finance (IIF) is the global association of the financial industry, with member firms from more than 60 countries. Internship Summary:

The IIF is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated undergraduate or graduate student to support its media relations and digital communications efforts. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience in Washington, D.C. and enhance your knowledge of traditional and digital communications. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, social media marketing, drafting and publishing digital content, compiling analytics reports and producing collateral materials. This is a part-time unpaid internship; however, it offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge, experience, sharpen your communication skills and may qualify for academic credit. Scheduling is flexible and this is an in-office internship time starting September. As a reminder, this is a public affairs and communication internship, not a policy analysis/research internship. Requirements:

A successful candidate would have an academic background in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, as well as some practical experience with digital marketing and content management systems. Previous experience at an agency, news organization, hill or executive office, or trade association is preferred but not required. Must be fluent in English with strong writing skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office 360 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
