Work Schedule
Work schedule is Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm – 20 hours available with flexible work arrangement based on student scheduling needs.
Job Description
Student will serve as an assistant to the Sr. Business Systems Analyst, in IT – Student Life Cycle Management (SLCM).
Primary Responsibilities
Student will be responsible for providing professional and exemplary customer service. Assisting with a variety of projects, additional duties would include:
* Working with ProSAM, a Sigma Systems, Inc. software program to award and disburse financial aid
* Running scripts, queries, analyzing data and results.
* Ability to learn financial aid processes and reporting requirements

Qualifications
Customer service, office administration and professional work environment experience required. Additional requirements include Microsoft Office knowledge.
Minimum Education High School Diploma
Pay Rate $11.50 per hour
