AVIAN is seeking a Program Analyst (Journeyman) to join our Product Acquisition and Support team in support of the PMA-299 Helicopter Multi-Mission Program Office. The Program Analyst will perform critical program management, acquisition, technical, and business analysis and provide support to ensure program success. The Program Analyst will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

SECURITY CLEARENCE: Secret Clearance required
EDUCATION: BA or BS with a degree in a business, management, or an engineering discipline. (Substitution for BA/BS degree requires a minimum total of 4 years experience or total of 6 years experience with an AA/AS degree)
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in support for program management, technical and business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP, Project) and ability to generate briefing packages and documents from a variety of sources and tools.
