SUMMARY OF POSITION

Kinsley is seeking qualifiedConcrete ForemenandConcrete Finishersto join our growing Building Division. The Concrete Foreman is responsible for directing and coordination activity associated with the construction of the project and must have the ability to lead by example, motivate crew members and efficiently manage the job. The Concrete Finisher is responsible for placing and finishing concrete sidewalks, slab on grade and slab on decks using a variety of hand and power tools such as walk behind and ride on trowel machines.
