Purpose of Position
The Department of Computer Science (www.nku.edu/csc) is searching for a motivated individual to join our computer science program as a Lecturer - one-year position. The successful candidate will primarily teach Java programming related classes, CSC 260 (Object Oriented Programming I), and CSC 360 (Object Oriented Programming II). Other classes available include INF 120 (Elementary Programming in Python) and (if interested only) CIT 371 (UNIX Systems)

This position is for 2022 - 2023 academic year only. The hired individual is expected to teach four courses each semester, primarily programming courses.

Qualifications
Applicants for this position are expected to have a Masters' degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a Bachelor degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience in network administration, network security, DevOps, or cloud management.
