AVIAN is looking for a Budget Analyst, Journeyman to provide Budget/Finance management in support of the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office, PMA-262.

Functional Description:

Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations
• Analyze budgeting and accounting reports

Preferred Skills:

• Ideal candidate will have mid-level experience and solid working knowledge of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT)
• Understanding of Financial Regulations

Required Experience:

• Must have a minimum of three to ten (3 - 10) years experience in finance and budget management, technical or business analysis discipline related to finance management

Required Education:

• BS or BA degree in a relevant technical discipline related to business and finance management

Allowable Substitution:

• AS or AA degree and an additional two (2) years of experience can be substituted for an BS or BA degree. An additional four (4) years' experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
