AVIAN is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to provide Mission Control System Hardware/Software Management in support of the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office, PMA-262.

Functional Description:
- Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
- Track program/project status and schedules
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the MQ-4C Mission Control System hardware and software design
- Designing and integrating trailerized MCS configurations
- Analyzing and proposing replacements for Triton Mission Control System (MCS) Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) items
Required Experience:
- Must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline related to the technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
Required Education: MS or MA degree in a relevant technical discipline related to management.
Allowable Substitution: BS or BA degree and an additional two (2) years of experience can be substituted for an MS or MA degree. An additional six (6) years' experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
