You will be responsible for the deployment of various tools within OrgSolutions, designed to help diagnose our clients' most critical Organization issues.
Leveraging expertise, proprietary knowledge and data from our capabilities, you will help facilitate sustainable and large-scale change to our clients such as organizational restructuring, change management, culture transformation and leadership development. You will work on 2-3 projects at a time across a region and be responsible for managing multiple workstreams collaborating with OrgSolutions experts as well as McKinsey consultants. You will also work with global team members and have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of international projects as well.
Working with our clients and client service teams, you will work on data collection, data organization as well as the analysis and synthesis of data from the McKinsey diagnostics, producing client-ready presentations, reports and workshop materials. In addition to that, you will be a key player in contextualizing org concepts to enable client understanding of general trends within their specific organization.
You will serve clients remotely as well as on-site where required (travel may range from 5% to 50%, depending on tenure, demand and personal interest). With a passion for driving impact, you will work with clients to help them understand opportunities to drive meaningful change in their organization including problem solving and gathering insights from client data, supporting workshops and other client discussions, building client capabilities and capacity for change along the way.
In addition to delivering impact to our clients, you will play a key role in developing and implementing improvement ideas to position our firm as a thought leader in the organizational space and continually improve the way we operate our solution(s).
