SUMMARY
As Ansys's Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals are able to interact with the company's sensitive data or systems. In addition, you will be the primary engineer maintaining principle of least privilege enforcement across the environment to include on premises and cloud-based technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Architect the company's IAM systems and processes to ensure that they are functioning smoothly.
  • Review access requests as well as current user privileges to reduce entitlements to the least amount needed for Ansys users to complete their assigned duties.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that access is both granted and removed in a timely manner.
  • Develop a Role Based Access Control (RBAC) process to streamline account maintenance.
  • Provide input into authentication related technologies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Identity & Access Management techniques, technologies, and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM platforms
  • Minimum of three years in a cybersecurity field.
  • Understanding of cyber threat actors, how they may abuse credentials in an enterprise environment and of effective countermeasures to prevent such actions.
  • Familiarity with network security monitoring tools and procedures to align IAM with Threat Detection functions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to secure cloud environments and effectivity implement identity-based controls.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • One or more of the following certifications preferred (GMON, GCDA, CISSP)
