Work Schedule | To be eligible to begin employment, applicants must be able to work 15-20 hours per week M-F during the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and up to 35 hours per week for summer. Individuals must also maintain a 2.5 GPA, current and cumulative. This position is expected to be ongoing until graduation. |
Job Description | As an Student Specialist employee of University Housing, the following are possible duties:

Primary Responsibilities | Assist Assignment Coordinator with room assignments, evaluating special room change requests and preparing letters to newly assigned students. Answer residents questions regarding housing. Give tours. Assist in completing detail statistical reports. Data entry in RMS System. Process new applications. Assist Budget/Administration Coordinator as needed. Deliver materials to numerous buildings on campus. Maintain files and handle confidential information. Provide customer service at front desk and answer telephones. Perform other duties as assigned. Previous related work experience highly preferred |
Qualifications | We are currently looking for individuals who can work the Summer (May 10th – August 16th). This position can carry over to Fall. Must be enrolled for Fall 2022. All interested students must fill out an online student employment application. Please be sure to put hours of availability on application. Any candidate who is offered this position will be required to go through a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law. |
