Purpose of Position | As a member of the Business Services Group - SLCM, the analyst will perform Student LifeCycle Management application development in support of NKU applications. The duties of this analyst will include the development, implementation, maintenance and documentation of Sigma ProSAM financial assistance application programs. Collaborates with SAP Development team to ensure accurate SAP Student LifeCycle Management interfacing. Works closely with Financial Aid SME's to analyze needs and develop solutions. Coordinate with Sigma ProSAM consultants in order to perform functional system configuration, apply system upgrades and new regulations, and schedule nightly batch jobs. Works with SAP Business Intelligence team to assist in the creation and delivery of Financial Aid reporting solutions. Works with SAP Enterprise Portal team to ensure Sigma ProSAM is accessible via the portal. Works with IT Systems team to apply software upgrades and enact the proper levels of security. |
Primary Responsibilities | - Programs and produces various reports as needed. - Designs, test, and implements custom and packaged programs. - Prepares and disseminates appropriate documentation on applications - Works with lead staff, Sigma ProSam consultants, and Financial Aid SMEs to analyze program specifications and produce solutions. - Contributes to a work environment based on cooperation, team-building and professionalism. - Assists in Sigma ProSame upgrades; this is inclusive of installation, reapplying modifications and testing. - Actively pursues continuous growth and development of technical expertise. |
Qualifications | - Bachelor's Degree and two to three years of related experience. - No specific major is required but one in a technology field would be preferred. - Experience in MS SQL on a Windows Server Minimum of three references.
