- University degree, master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in talent management, capability building, learning and development or technology management; many of these years at a manager level or above
- Robust skills as an experienced manager/team leader level
- Expertise in (or strong evidence of passion for) learning/capability building
- Experience with digital or tech-enabled work (data science and software engineering)
- Experience operating in global diverse teams preferred
- Understanding of change management strategy and navigating diverse set of stakeholders
